About the Founder
Psyluminex was founded by Noufa K M, a Human Resources professional with over six years of experience working in the field. Through her work in HR, she has developed a strong understanding of job market dynamics, employment statistics, and the evolving demands of the international workforce. For her, understanding careers and guiding people toward the right professional paths has always been both a profession and a passion.
Alongside her career in Human Resources, Noufa has long held a deep interest in neuroscience, neuropsychology, and overall human wellness. She believes that success cannot be separated from mental and physical wellbeing. A healthy mind forms the foundation for a healthy body, and together they create the clarity, resilience, and strength required for meaningful career progression and personal success.
Recognizing the strong connection between career development and psychological wellbeing, Noufa envisioned a platform that could bring these elements together.
